Questions
Do I Need To Be A Member And How Old Do I Have To Be?
No you don't have to be a member, we are open to
everyone as long as you are fun, outgoing and respectful. You must be 18
and over to attend and 21 and over to consume alcohol.
Can I Just Pay @ The Door?
Yes, Dance/Pool events can be paid at
the door and everyone is welcome. No pre-registration or
membership needed. The only event that needs an RSVP is
the Friday Dinner Gathering, Sunday Movie Gathering and Monday Farewell
Breakfast as we need a headcount in order to prepare. Please see simple email instructions
on how to RSVP below. Everything
else is pay at the door and everyone is welcome.
Is There A
Discount Hotel Rate? Do I Have To Get A Room?
Yes, we do have a
special discounted rate of $92 for those attending our event and No, you
do not have to have an overnight room in order to participate/come to
one or more of our events. If you need an overnight room, please refer
to the Location and Hotel Information section below.
Do You Offer Discount Packages Or A Way To Pay Online?
Yes we do! Well did, but May 23rd was the deadline and this option is
now no longer available. Please check in advance for future events if
you'd like to pay this way/save a few bucks. :)
What Is
This Grub @ The Pub Dinner?
For
those of us coming in on Friday for the Memorial Day bash -
we'll be having a meal as a group on the Friday night. We will be gathering at Fitzwilliam's
Pub right in the hotel and we will be reserving space for just our group so we need a headcount. There
is no cost for this event, you just
pay for whatever you order plus tax & 20% tip. RSVPing is easy,
please see the RSVP section below for instructions. :)
Can You Tell Me More About The Private Hot Tub & Pool Party?
As a
special treat, we are having a late night private pool party on
Friday. So come join us and relax in the hotel's beautiful
heated pool and hot tub. It's a great night where you don't have
to worry about small kids running around the pool and splashing.
It's just our group and it's a special treat that most events
aren't able to offer and we can't wait and hope you'll join us!
Please note that you must be wearing a bathing suit to swim or
go in the hot tub, but if you'd like to just come hang out,
regular clothes are fine. We unfortunately cannot allow swimming
in underclothes, so please don't ask. :)
What Exactly Is The Games Room?:
The
Games Room is a specially designated area for bash
attendees (and only bash attendees - sorry!). This is
our meet and greet area where we provide various boards
games. Bash attendees can use this room
to make time with friends, meet new people or just play
a game. It’s a great place to just hang out when you
have down time and want to mingle. There is no cost to
participate, but you must be an attendee of one or more
of our paid events to enjoy this space.
What The Scoop On The
Chunky's Cinema Lunch & Movie Outing?
Our last outing to Chunky's Cinema was a hit and we've
not had a chance to get back there for a couple of years, so we've decided to do it again!
Chunky’s Cinema Pub in Nashua, NH (http://www.chunkys.com) is a short 30 minute
drive from the hotel and is a really cool place that is BBW
friendly with the seating being old Cadillac and Lincoln
car seats on casters. No having to squish into uncomfy
chairs - yay! They also serve food right into
the theater including appetizers, entrees and dessert
too. So we’ll be having a casual gathering for
lunch and a movie. There is no cost that needs to be
paid to Heavenly Bodies for this event, just pay for
your ticket and if you decide to order food for lunch,
etc. We will be coordinating rideshares for those that
have space to take extra folks and for those who need a
ride. We have decided on the 3:20pm showing of Men In
Black III and you should arrive at 2:30pm to be seated
and order your lunch. We will be done around 5pm and
will be back in time to
relax/have downtime before the Pajama Party. Please see how to RSVP below.
Hmmm, what is this Jammie Jam Dance Party?
This is just like one of our regular parties, except we
invite you to dress down, get comfy, and hang out/dance
in your pajamas!
You
are not required to come in pajamas, but most people do
and it's a fun night. We ask that you limit your pajamas
to PG-13 to maintain a comfortable atmosphere. So
get comfy and get ready to party :)
Breakfast That Comes With Late Checkout & Prizes,
Tell Me About This!
We will have a yummy private breakfast buffet for our
group and we will be doing something fun to end the
weekend. Don't worry, this is a "late breakfast" so you
don't have to get up too early to join us, it begins at
11am. So join us to say your farewells and eat a hearty
breakfast. As a bonus, if you attend this event, you get
a late checkout of at least 2pm and possibly 3pm. Yay!
I'm new, I don't know anyone, can I meet people
before I go?
