 Our weekend events are greatly popular and you definitely don't want to miss this one! We normally have 300+ people in attendance and it is a weekend that people truly look forward to. It is also a great time for you to try out one of our events if you've never been to one. Join us for one or all events! See you there!

Important Notes - Updated May 20th, 2009

Paying @ The Door: Dance/Pool events can be paid at the door and everyone is welcome. No pre-registration or membership needed. The only events that need an RSVP are the meals (Friday Pre-Bash Dinnerand Monday Breakfast). Please see simple email instructions on how to RSVP below. Everything else is pay at the door and everyone is welcome.

Overnight Rooms - We have sold out our room block twice already and we've now taken on the FINAL rooms that the hotel has left. So if you need a room, you MUST call as soon as possible. To book, please call 781-935-8760 and asking for the Heavenly Bodies Room Block. Our special rate is $82 and it is good for Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon nights for those arriving early and departing late. Please note you do NOT need a room to attend our events. If you have any trouble booking a room or need additional nights at our rate, please contact contact Heather by phone at 413-668-7799 and she will do her best to assist you.

Sunday Night Pajama Party -  You are not required to come in pajamas, but most people do and it's a fun night. We ask that you limit your pajamas to PG-13 to maintain a comfortable atmosphere. So get comfy and get ready to party :)

                For those of us coming in early for the Memorial Day bash - we'll be having a meal as a
                group on the Friday night. We will be either going to the hotel restaurant or going to a local
                restaurant. It depends on how many people RSVP. Please see RSVP information below.
                This will be pay on your own for what you order, etc. No event fee for this.

Saturday - May 23rd
 3:30pm-6:30pm Hospitality & Games Room - Open For Mingling & Board Games - FREE
8:30pm-1:00am Saturday Night Dance Party Admission: $20
1:00am-2:30am Hospitality & Games Room - Open For Night Owls - FREE

9:00pm-2:00am Sunday Night Duo - Pajama & Pool Party: $20 Both or $10 Pool Only

 11:30pm-1:00pm Late Checkout* Buffet Breakfast & Fun Prize Giveaway. Admission: $20**
                            Attendees to this event with overnight rooms can have late checkout until 2pm.

 Please note that these items are for those who RSVP and Pre-Pay Attendees only. To RSVP, please email parties@superbbw.com by May 20th by emailing us your name(s) of attendees and the events you are RSVPing for. We are doing RSVPs on the honor system and you RSVP you are required to pay the full admission for those events, even if you do not show up. Those who RSVP, are no-shows and do not pay the fee will never be able to RSVP again for another event. We are doing this on the honor system and so far it has worked.
