Our weekend events are greatly popular and you definitely don't want to miss this one! We normally have 300+ people in attendance and it is a weekend that people truly look forward to. Overnight Rooms - Please note that we are close to selling out our block of room and if you need a room, it's important that you book asap to secure our discounted rate. Our special rate of $89 is available for Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon nights for those arriving early. Please note you do NOT need a room to attend our events. If you have any trouble booking a room or need additional nights at our rate, please contact us at parties@superbbw.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Get in FREE on Sunday! How? - We realize that the economy doesn't afford many to be able to get away for an entire weekend. In order to make it more affordable, we've decided to make your admission on Saturday a double-night pass. So if you attend Saturday, you'll get a free pass to attend Sunday night's party!

Paying @ The Door: Dance/Pool events can be paid at the door and everyone is welcome. No pre-registration or membership needed. The only events that need an email RSVP are the Friday Early Bird Dinner Gathering, and/or Monday Late Breakfast. This is easily done by emailing parties@superbbw.com with the name(s) of those attending. This is required, so we have a proper headcount for seating and reservations. Thank you in advance.

RSVP Information & Discount Packages

RSVP For Friday Dinner, or Monday Breakfast: Please note that these are the only two events that need to be RSVP'd for as we need a headcount in order to prepare. You do not have to prepay but you do need to RSVP for these two events. If you are just attending the Dance or Pool parties, you can just pay at the door.

To RSVP all you have to do is email us at parties@superbbw.com and let us know which RSVP event(s) you want to attend and the names of those you are RSVPing for. The RSVP cutoff date is August 27th, but we do reserve a few extra spaces, so you can still email us after to see if we've any last minute availability. You may also RSVP by calling or texting 508-344-8140. Once again, RSVPs are only necessary for Friday Dinner, and Monday Farewell Breakfast. The dances and pool can be paid directly at the door.

Also, those who attend the Monday Farewell Late Breakfast will get an extended late checkout of at least 2pm and possibly 3pm, so you don't have to worry about packing up before joining us. :)

Discount Package: We offer a discount package for those who purchase before August 27th via PayPal. This package is not available on-site but is offered at a savings for those who pre-pay. You do not need a PayPal account to utilize their online checkout but you do need a credit card/debit card. Packages are as follows:

Includes admission to all events: Friday Swim, Saturday Club Night, Sunday Dance, Sunday Pool, and Monday Breakfast. (The only thing not included is your meal that you order at the Friday Early Bird Dinner, you pay that directly to restaurant for what you order.)

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Do I Need To Be A Member And How Old Do I Have To Be?
No you don't have to be a member, we are open to everyone as long as you are fun, outgoing and respectful. You must be 18 and over to attend and 21 and over to consume alcohol.

Can I Just Pay @ The Door?
Yes, Dance/Pool events can be paid at the door and everyone is welcome. No pre-registration or membership needed. Is There A Discount Hotel Rate? Do I Have To Get A Room?
Yes, we do have a special discounted rate of $89 for those attending our event and No, you do not have to have an overnight room in order to participate/come to one or more of our events. If you need an overnight room, please refer to the Location and Hotel Information section below.

What Is This Grub @ The Pub Dinner?

For those of us coming in on Friday for the Memorial Day bash - we'll be having a meal as a group on the Friday night. We will be gathering at Fitzwilliam's Pub right in the hotel and we will be reserving space for just our group so we need a headcount. There is no cost for this event, you just pay for whatever you order plus tax & 20% tip. RSVPing is easy, please see the RSVP section below for instructions. :)

Can You Tell Me More About The Private Hot Tub & Pool Party?

As a special treat, we are having a late night private pool party on Friday and on Sunday. So come join us and relax in the hotel's beautiful heated pool and hot tub. It's a great night where you don't have to worry about small kids running around the pool and splashing. It's just our group and it's a special treat that most events aren't able to offer and we can't wait and hope you'll join us! Please note that you must be wearing a bathing suit to swim or go in the hot tub, but if you'd like to just come hang out, regular clothes are fine. We unfortunately cannot allow swimming in underclothes, so please don't ask. :)

What Exactly Is The Games Room?: The Games Room is a specially designated area for bash attendees (and only bash attendees - sorry!). This is our meet and greet area where we provide various boards games. Bash attendees can use this room to make time with friends, meet new people or just play a game. It’s a great place to just hang out when you have down time and want to mingle. There is no cost to participate, but you must be an attendee of one or more of our paid events to enjoy this space.

Breakfast That Comes With Late Checkout & Prizes, Tell Me About This!
We will have a yummy private breakfast buffet for our group and we will be doing something fun to end the weekend. Don't worry, this is a "late breakfast" so you don't have to get up too early to join us, it begins at 11am. So join us to say your farewells and eat a hearty breakfast. As a bonus, if you attend this event, you get a late checkout of at least 2pm and possibly 3pm. Yay! Please note the cost for this is actually less than we pay with gratuity to hotel and may seem high at $25 but this is a fancier and more expansive buffet then our previous hotels and the guest that attended on Memorial Day said it was delicious!
