We normally have 300+ people in attendance and it is a weekend that people truly look forward to. It is also a great time for you to try out one of our events if you've never been to one. Important Notes - Updated August 31st, 2007 Paying @ The Door: Dance/Karoake/Pool events can be paid at the door and everyone is welcome. No pre-registration or membership needed. Sunday Lunch and Monday Breakfast Are Sold Out: For those who are still interested, you can inquire at the dance event on Saturday Night if there were any cancellations and we will try to fit you in. Overnight Rooms - We sold out once but added more rooms and they WILL sell out again. Please call ASAP and book your room at 781-935-8760 and asking for the Heavenly Bodies Room Block. Our special rate is $75 and it is good for Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon nights for those arriving early and departing late. Please note you do NOT need a room to attend our events. If you have any trouble booking a room, please contact contact Heather by phone at 413-668-7799 and she will do her best to assist you. Please note if you have troubles with Central Reservations (where they transfer you), it might be a good idea to try calling the hotel back directly and asking someone at the Front Desk to help you, they do a much better job in fixing things in sell out situations and squeezing in rooms. Sunday Night Pajama Party: You are not required to come in pajamas, but most people do and it's a fun night. We ask that you limit your pajamas to PG-13 to maintain a comfortable atmosphere. If you want to wear your PJs to the karoake portion of the event, that's fine by us as both events run right into one another.
